Terms and Conditions:
To become a vendor with Angel's One Stop Shop you must agree to the following terms and conditions: You must own your own business. Direct sales companies are accepted as your own business. Vendors are responsible for shipping prizes to the winners. Any prizes awarded during event MUST be shipped no later than two (2) weeks after the event. Failure to do so could have you banned from future Angel's One Stop Shop events. Any prizes awarded during the fair by vendors are the responsibility of the vendor. You must be able to participate in your requested time spot. If you are unable to participate in your vendor spot, you may offer the spot to another vendor of your acquaintance. By clicking the button below and submitting this form, you agree that you do so with the knowledge that any compensation is completely at the owner's discretion, including refunds and/or spots in upcoming events. If the owner chooses not to offer a compensation, you understand that there will be no legal action forthcoming against either Angel's One Stop Shop or the owner, Rosa Lecumberri-Yriarte. Angel's One Stop Shop is not responsible for any transactions that occur between the shopper and vendor. Angel's One Stop Shop does not guarantee sales at events. When you pay for the spot, you are paying for the opportunity to advertise your wares/services at the company chat room. All vendors will respect other vendors and WILL NOT present their products or services unless asked to do so by the vendor who is currently presenting. Angel's One Stop Shop does not support spamming. By clicking the submit button below, you agree to not use the e-mail addresses that may be provided during the duration of the fair to spam their respective owners unless otherwise asked to do so by the repsective owner of that e-mail address. Angel's One Stop Shop reserves the right to enforce these terms and conditions by no less than expelling the vendor(s) from the current event without benefit of refund and with no more than legal action.
